I am always interested in an inspector or auditor. The person before they sold a house and give a report on what the property is worth. I am in NYS. Thanks

An examiner evaluates the physical condition of the property.
The assessor determines the monetary value of the property.
I think both require training and licensing / certification in New York but may be incorrect.
Start by searching with the licensing division of the city to the requirements for each institution, if applicable.
Then you can look for companies to reach the services, what are the requirements.
They offer an apprenticeship to learn to work and train with them.

Well, if you have no experience with what you want to be DO NOT TRY TO BE AN .. Internet courses are that you can receive a certificate. the network. but I know that the contractor you are more than capable of passing the test and they told me that he would never dream of a single being.
