Can a cyctocele/rectocele be repaired surgically under an Epidural or spinal anesthetic? - rectocele more condition_symptoms

I hate general anesthesia and I refuse to have seen that I have given everything. You may need surgery for women in the near future, and I've done in a column. That bothers me at all awake.
Doctors, would you agree? or if you require general anesthesia?
